Clypify provides a content orchestration platform that uses Artificial Intelligence. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• Ensuring that the content you process does not violate any third-party rights or laws.
• Verifying the accuracy of AI-generated content before publication.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Clypify uses Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record for all billing and payment transactions. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Lemon Squeezy's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy on Lemon Squeezy.

4. AI-Generated Content

Clypify does not claim ownership of the content generated through our platform. However, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party sources (e.g., RSS feeds) you connect.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms or engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity.

6. Limitation of Liability

Clypify is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the service or any errors in AI-generated content.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
